Poly 74 Series
These polyurethane liquid mold rubbers are soft to mid-range hardness, high-performance, room temperature curing systems offering superior flexibility and toughness allowing durable molds to be made from relatively simple to the most highly detailed, undercut and complex models. The 74 Series liquid mold rubbers are supplied as pourable liquids so poured block and blanket molds can be made with ease.
In addition, these rubbers can be thickened to a user-controlled thixotropic consistency for brush-on mold applications. The thickening agent, Poly Fiber II, can also be used to thicken Polytek liquid plastics for making lightweight mold shells to support poured and brushed blanket molds.
Poly 74 Series rubbers offer an optimum blend of economy and versatility for most mold making challenges and have become the rubbers of choice for precast concrete casting, architectural GFRC, plaster casting, art foundries, sculpture and décor reproduction, and for numerous hobby, craft, prop and display mold making and casting projects.
