Props & Displays
Props & displays for movies, retail outlets, residences, theme parks, hotels and more are routinely molded and cast using liquid mold rubbers and casting plastics. In some cases, foam carvings are hard-coated with a fire-rated plastic shell to provide a durable outer coating which can be easily painted.
Polyurethane or silicone molds are poured, brushed or sprayed depending on the size, shape and casting material to be used. Polyurethane and epoxy plastics and foams can also be poured, brushed or sprayed to meet the needs of the application.
