Poly 1511 Liquid Plastic
Poly 1511 Liquid Plastic is a two-part polyurethane system with a 1A:1B mix ratio. When cured, this rigid plastic has the feel of hard wood or thermoplastics and is white in color. PolyColor Dyes and dry fillers (e.g., bronze powder) can easily be added to achieve varying looks.
This casting resin can be poured to produce decorative objects, production parts, sculpture reproductions, prototype parts, tools, models, duplicate masters, patterns and more. It is also great for making mother molds/mold shells using Poly Fiber II thickener.
This low-viscosity plastic has a 10-minute pour time and a 30-minute to 1-hour demold time depending upon the size/mass of the pour.
For a similar product with a longer pour time (22 min.), consider Poly 1512 Liquid Plastic.

*Shrinkage is primarily caused by gelling while hot then cooling. Parts that cure with minimal temperature rise exhibit minimal shrinkage.
