Use TinSil® Series liquid silicone rubbers to manufacture high-performance silicone molds and silicone parts.

TinSil® rubbers are tin-cured (also known as condensation cure), room-temperature curing silicones. Molds made from these rubbers exhibit high tear strength, good release properties, and resistance to high temperatures.

Standard Tin-Cured Mold Making & Casting Silicone Rubbers

TinSil® 70 & 80-Series tin-cured silicone rubbers offer a variety of Shore Hardness options, pour times, demold times, and viscosities.


Tin-Cured Silicone for Casting Low-Melt Metals

TinSil® 70-60 Silicone Rubber is stable at higher temperatures (~600°F) which makes it suitable for casting low-melting metals (e.g., pewter, pewter blends, limited leads).


Soft Tin-Cured Silicone Rubber for Animatronics & Special Effects

TinSil® Gel-10 Silicone Rubber is a soft silicone with translucency and flexibility that is very effective for animatronics and special effects.
