Polyurethane Mold Rubbers

Two-part, liquid mold rubbers that can be poured, brushed or sprayed to make molds that cure at room temperature. They are the most versatile, easy-to-use and cost-effective mold materials available. Polyurethane rubbers are popular for making molds to cast concrete, wax, plaster and, in some cases, resin. Learn more…

Silicone Mold Rubbers

Two-part, room-temperature curing silicone rubbers that offer great flexibility, tear strength, chemical resistance, and release properties. Both tin-cured (condensation cured) and platinum-cured (addition cured) liquid silicones are available. Silicone molds are sometimes preferred over polyurethane rubbers because release agent is not required when casting polyurethane resins and foam, epoxy resins, and polyester resins, among other casting materials. Latex Molding & Casting Rubbers

Natural latex rubbers are one-part compounds used to make thin, strong molds and castings. The NaturForm Series offers high-performing, natural molding latex rubbers that are most often used to make molds for casting plaster, concrete (e.g., veneer stone manufacturing and statuary) and limited casting with some resins. Learn more…
